A group of gifted people have come together and formed theTime Management Society. They decided to enhance the productivity of these individuals by paying them for their achievements. The background of the plan isn't very apparent, but there are evidences which support its effect. For instance, the history of the Industrial Revolution in 1830 to 1847, shows a huge gain in the growth of the employees and a rise in the price of these merchandise. Additionally, the increase in the work force during the Second World War is another proof of the role of the plan. All these situations prove that employers have profited from pay-for-achievement apps, especially those that were initiated during the Second World War. To put it differently, the plan is working. Employees working for high-tech companies have their jobs simplified and the companies also have lower prices. They help to boost the standard of work and the efficiency of the business. There's no doubt that there are scenarios that can be lowered or modified, but the level of productivity in many companies has been enhanced to some extent with the support of the plan. And all these advantages can be credited to the strategy.
